1. Our Commitment

Directory listings, product metadata, and articles may contain typographical errors, outdated specifications, or misattributed data — especially when sourced from third-party catalogs or AI-assisted drafting workflows. We welcome good-faith reports from buyers, suppliers, and readers.

Corrections improve informational quality; they do not constitute an endorsement of any supplier, product batch, or suitability for your intended research application.

2. What to Report

Please report material issues such as:

  • Incorrect CAS numbers, sequences, or product names on a listing
  • Wrong manufacturer attribution or location
  • Broken or misleading links to official resources
  • Factual errors in articles (dates, regulatory references, process descriptions)
  • Missing sponsored or commercial disclosure labels
  • Content that appears to promote human consumption or medical use

We generally do not adjudicate private commercial disputes (pricing disagreements, undelivered orders, COA authenticity) through this policy — those should be resolved directly with the supplier and applicable authorities.

3. How to Report

Include as much detail as possible:

  • URL of the affected page
  • Quoted incorrect text or field value
  • Proposed correction and supporting evidence (COA excerpt, official registry link, etc.)
  • Your contact information and affiliation (buyer, manufacturer representative, etc.)

Submit via our contact form or email [email protected]. Use subject line: Correction Request.

4. Review Process

Upon receiving a report, we typically:

  1. Acknowledge receipt when workload permits (not guaranteed for all submissions)
  2. Assess whether the issue is factual, editorial, or commercial in nature
  3. Request additional documentation if needed
  4. Apply corrections, add clarifying notes, or decline changes with a brief rationale
  5. For supplier-disputed listings, we may temporarily add a neutrality note while reviewing

Human reviewers evaluate correction requests. AI tools may assist with drafting revised text but are not the final authority on publish decisions.

5. Types of Corrections

  • Silent fixes: minor typos, formatting, or broken links
  • Noted updates:substantive article revisions may update the "Last updated" date on the article or policy page
  • Removals: listings or passages that violate law, platform policy, or human-use promotion rules may be removed or de-indexed

6. Limits & No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical, legal, or import-compliance advice through the corrections process. Reporting an error does not create a client relationship or obligation to continue hosting any particular listing.

Suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Buyers remain responsible for independent verification before purchase or import.
