Sponsored Listing Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Overview
Peptide From China operates a B2B directory and content platform. Some listings or placements may be sponsored — meaning a manufacturer or partner compensates us for enhanced visibility, featured placement, or promotional support. Sponsorship helps fund platform operations; it must not be confused with independent quality certification.
2. What Sponsored Means
Sponsored arrangements may include, where offered:
- Priority ranking or featured badges in search results or category pages
- Highlighted manufacturer or product cards
- Sponsored tags on articles or newsletter mentions
- Dedicated landing sections or campaign placements
Unless explicitly labeled, standard directory listings are editorially or algorithmically organized and are not paid placements.
3. Labeling & Disclosure
We aim to label sponsored content clearly using visible markers such as "Sponsored," "Featured Partner," or equivalent language near the affected listing or article. Labels should be readable on mobile and desktop layouts.
If you believe sponsored content is inadequately disclosed, please report it under our Corrections Policy.
4. Not an Endorsement or Guarantee
Sponsorship is not a guarantee of product quality, GMP compliance, batch purity, export capability, or legal importability in your jurisdiction. Paid placement does not mean we have audited a facility, validated COAs, or conducted batch testing.
Sponsored suppliers remain solely responsible for their representations, product safety, and regulatory compliance. See our Terms of Service for platform liability limits.
5. Editorial Separation
Sponsored placements should not override our research-use framing or human-use promotion ban. We do not accept sponsorship for content that encourages personal consumption, dosing guidance, or unlawful import schemes.
Article topics and AI-assisted drafts remain subject to human review under our Editorial Policy, regardless of commercial relationships.
6. Buyer Diligence
Buyers should evaluate all suppliers — sponsored or not — using independent diligence: request COAs, ask for reference projects, verify entity registration, and consult qualified legal and regulatory advisors for import requirements. Sponsored visibility is a discovery aid, not a substitute for qualification.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update sponsorship formats, pricing, and disclosure standards. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
